
Sports and fitness at JWU means everything from face-offs on fields, rinks and courts- intercollegiate NCAA Division III, ECAC, GNAC and NAIAâ€"to aerobics, weight training, karate, kick boxing, yoga and more at the fitness center. Programs vary by campus and feature a range of varsity team sports, intra/extramurals and club sports, as well as fitness classes, activities in fully equipped gyms and organized outdoor adventure trips.
